GSR: Innovating Safety in Aerial Work
On the occasion of Made in Italy Day 2025, GSR will take part in a training event organized by the Romagna Local Health Authority (Azienda USL della Romagna) and the Department of Technological Innovations (DIT) of INAIL, focusing on the safe use of aerial work platforms (AWPs).
The event will be held on April 15–16, 2025, at one of the AUSL facilities in Rimini, with the participation of students from the “Belluzzi – da Vinci” Technical Institute.
The initiative aims to raise awareness among high school students about the importance of safety when operating AWPs—equipment that plays a crucial role in many industrial sectors. The program includes both theoretical and practical training sessions, featuring an AWP simulator provided by INAIL, to give young participants a tangible understanding of best practices in workplace safety.
GSR, a leading company in the design and manufacturing of aerial platforms, will support the initiative by providing a 27-meter B270T Comfort XEE platform, which will be used for hands-on field training. Innovation and safety in the workplace have always been at the heart of GSR’s mission, supporting the professional development of future generations and promoting a culture of prevention.
This event is part of a broader effort to promote awareness of occupational safety—a core value for GSR, which continues to invest in cutting-edge technologies to ensure safe and sustainable operations in every context.
