The "Scalificio Riminese" was founded in 1890. Over the years crosses various transformations, evolves the range of products and already in the 50s realizes fully mechanized ladders mounted on vehicles.

In 1976 the “Gentili Oleodinamica” took over the management of the "Scalificio Rimininese". The actual company name represents the union between the two companies which took place by the current President Vincenzo Gentili. Since 1980 he started the production of aerial platforms.

In the 90s, while acquiring important orders from Enel, State Railways and the Ministry of Defense, GSR increases the penetration in key European markets and at the major rental companies, placing itself among the most advanced manufacturers in the industry.

GSR is now a consolidated international company, developed on three plants and present with an organized sales and aftersales network in all 5 continents.
